Artist's Comments

Computer aided piece - I printed out the lyrics in block form and glued it to the paper as the background. I also used text printed from the computer and cut the letters out. The Crass logo is also a print out. The letters and logo are raised on tiny pieces of white painted cardboard.

This piece is a semi original from the set of logos. I used one of Crass' slogans, logo, and lyrics but the concept is orginal.

Yes, moxy. Since you know me so well, you can make valid comments on my beliefs and how I form them. good job. Do you always think that everyone should feel the same way you do and if they don't share your views that means they are stupid? i like the deviation look a lot, and i'm really diggin' the texture of it, but i'm just genuinly curious. if you say freedom has no value if violence is the price, then do you also say that your freedom is valueless because we fought the british (employing violence) in revolutionary times? just wondering...

Well, I think I can only put it best this way - What good is freedom if someone has to die? Killing, harming and destorying in the name of freedom is not true freedom. Those that are made to suffer deserve freedom as much as the people who are "fighting the good fight" People have the right to live.
